Organic lean ground beef

We make ground beef from beef strips with a lean/fat percentage of 80/20. With this ground beef, with less fat, you can vary endlessly. Of course for a hamburger, lean meatball, soup balls or add it to your homemade spaghetti bolognese sauce.
