The maminha is a tender and juicy cut of beef from the buttocks, also known as the groin. In Brazil, maminha is a staple in churrasco: slow-grilled over a wood fire and cut into thick slices.

🔥 Preparation tip:

Grill the maminha over high heat until it's almost seared, then continue cooking over indirect heat until the core reaches approximately 52–54°C. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice across the grain.
