Our bone-in dry-aged New York strip steak is the centerpiece of the bone-in sirloin steak, a classic steak with character: richly marbled, buttery-tender, and with the bone intact for added flavor. This steak is dry-aged on the bone for at least 40 days, allowing it to develop its signature deep, nutty, umami flavor.

Sourced from organic, grass-fed beef and carefully aged in our own dry-aging cabinet. The bone-in nature of the meat keeps it juicier during frying or grilling—a favorite among lovers of pure, intense beef flavor.

🔥 Preparation tip:
