This dry-aged ribeye is aged for at least 40 days, resulting in an unprecedented deep, nutty flavor and wonderful tenderness. Made from organic, grass-fed beef and traditionally aged in our own aging cabinet under controlled humidity, temperature, and proper air circulation.
