Our organic brisket is a classic cut of beef from the brisket, rich in fat marbling and a high connective tissue content, making it ideal for low & slow preparations such as smoking, braising or sous-vide.

Sourced from grass-fed, organically raised cattle, and completely free of artificial additives or antibiotics. During a long cooking process, the connective tissue in the muscle is broken down, resulting in a buttery-soft and juicy meat with a deep beef flavor.

🔥 Preparation tip:

Rub the brisket with sea salt and black pepper, marinate for 24 hours, and then slowly smoke at 110–120°C (230–248°F) for 6–12 hours, depending on weight. Wrap in foil for maximum juiciness.
